I wish I had been myself around you.
I wish I wasn't so scared of what you thought of me.
I wish I had the balls to say no in the first place.
I wish I had listened to myself cringe.
I wish I had allowed you to come see me at a horse show.
I wish I had been more confident in myself.
I wish I wasn't such an asshole.
I hope that now I have the ability to be myself no matter who is around and no matter what I'm feeling.
